Healing Your Marriage
My approach centers on the belief that marriages become unhealthy and disconnected when they are imbalanced and codependent. I help couples to let go of blame and work to grow themselves to their fullest potential. As they discover individual healing and wholeness, and as each person owns their part in relational patterns, they can find healing and rediscover connection in their relationship.
About Me
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I enjoy working with couples as they work toward relational growth and healing. My main areas of focus include codependency and growing inner strength. I have written extensively on couple and family therapy topics, including the attachment versus differentiation debate and deconstructing attachment theory. I am passionate about helping couples to find healing, growth, and connection in their relationships due to my own initial struggles in my marriage. I was able to find healing through a personal journey of growth, and I love to share what I have learned both personally and professionally to help others do the same.
