Individual & Relational Therapy

I offer individual, couple, and family therapy teletherapy services for individuals located in Kansas. I utilize a systemic perspective that helps you to understand your relational context and learn to create change through altering relationship patterns and growing your identity. If you are located outside of Kansas, I cannot work with you in therapy because I am licensed in Kansas. If you want help based in my approach, I have created a workshop as well that will teach many of the same ideas that guide my work in therapy.
